Waking up to no hot water and discovered the pipe from the water heater to outside of the house had hot water running into the hedges in front of the house. We immediately called and was told a plumber would be here within the hour. John Carton arrived about 45 minutes later. He explained the problem and gave me several options and prices in writing. He gave me time to consider what to do. After considering the options, a decision was made to get a new and upgraded water heater. John was very courteous and professional. After he completed the job, he cleaned up everything and even put things back to their proper places. Which I appreciated very much-saved me the time and energy. Should I need this service again in the future, Able Plumbing will be my only call and will request John again to be my serviceman. He was great!!
