Just wanted to let you all know that you and your staff have always done me right. Your company and your staff are so wonderful. Not only have I used you in the past for leaks under my floors. Your techs also have totally fixed my air conditioning system and ave it up and running so much more efficiently, as well as keeping my home much cooler in the summer hot South Florida months. Your company maintains my air conditioner and comes out to inspect the entire system, including the coolant, as well as today totally spent the time cleaning out my drain pan and run off line, that was clogged with sludge. Today 09-20-2023 my Tech Mr FRANK, who did an excellent job in completing the clean out of the drain pan ,as well as installing a “T” section in the drain pipe so that future clean outs will be much easier. I am so impressed with your company, whether it’s plumbing or air conditioning problems you have always been here to fix and solve the issues at hand, and the techs did this very quickly and it was done the right way. I commend both my technicians Mister FRANK and Mister JOHNNIE from previous appointments. And a big shout out to all your staff that are behind the scenes answering calls, and sending out texts to confirm appointments. Thanks again Bobby Wummer
