Worst service EVER im a landlord and still had to call again on today to get a receipt for work I had done on my tenant’s property on June 14th and I’m going to keep writing negative reviews until somebody cares to send a receipt to my email today is July 14th this is ridiculous, once again they promised me I’ll get an emailed receipt this time on tomorrow smh so unprofessional it’s getting frustrating that I have to keep calling your company!

Tech Brian and corporate manager Kristina delivered the worst service ever very degrading! Till this day I still didn’t get a receipt of what I paid for that should list the work that was done very poor customer service!!!!!
Worst service ever from tech Brian and manager Kristina!!!!! This is not a company that people should use specifically the one for Joliet, you’re better off finding a local handyman they accused us of purposely giving the wrong pymt information and I am a landlord!
I received the worst service ever from this company the prices are high, my tech Brian was horrible and did not speak professionally he also did not charge my debit card correctly which appeared that it was declined, he left harassing texts and asked my tenant do I normally not pay my bills since I am a landlord and was just servicing my property 1st time and last that I used this service, I made a complaint and no one called me back after two days, I had to reach out to their corporate manager Kristina Moy. blamed me for their bad service. I wouldn’t recommend this service for anyone she was very rude and at first informed me she knew nothing of my complaint then later told me Brian had already notified her! Will be contacting the BBB!
