In 2003, UA Locals 165, 171, 664, and 763 combined to create one solidified and central resource for supplying the best trained workforce in the mechanical industry – Local 441.
We are proud of our long and distinguished history in Kansas, with roots dating back to 1898. Today, with over 1,000 working members, Local 441 is dedicated to continuing the tradition of excellence that the United Association established over 100 years ago.
Our partnership with Union mechanical contractors throughout Kansas results in an investment of over $1 million per year to make sure our workforce has the most up-to-date skills for every project – large or small. Our plumbers, pipefitters, welders and HVAC service technicians are the best in the industry.
